You don't need to worry about buying a separate pass for the trailer. When you drive through a toll point on EastLink or CityLink, the toll cameras capture your towing vehicle’s registration plate. The toll will automatically be charged to your personal e-TAG account. Just ensure your vehicle's tag is mounted correctly before hitting the freeway. Any questions from EastLink or CityLink will be referred back to the hirer.
All of our trailers are fitted with standard 7-pin flat plugs to operate the brake lights and indicators. If your vehicle has a 7-pin round socket (small or large), don't stress! We get it—Melbourne weather can turn in a heartbeat. If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking due to heavy rain, extreme winds, or a change of plans, we offer free cancellations up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time.
We expect our trailers to do some dirty work! However, we ask that you return them in a reasonably clean condition—meaning completely empty of mud, green waste, bricks, or rubbish. A quick sweep out or hose down is appreciated. A cleaning fee may apply if a trailer is returned with leftover debris.
